That's a great point the both of you. It's all in my mind. I just stand at the top of a hill and envision how it'd be if it were A) A mountain and B) snowy.

Actually there's a pretty decent place (in midwest terms) down by Cincy called Perfect North Slopes. About 22 or so runs from Green to Double Black Diamond. Many are short (of course) but a great time never the less (and only 1.5hours away!). Certainly not a bad place to scratch the itch as well as learn.

Nick! You should go while you're out there! And Ian, yes, I'd *love* to. I've been completely jealous of your location the last couple weeks. I'm hoping Rachel takes a liking to it so we could justify a trip out west to hit some mountains (or even while we're up in New England as Vermont and the like have some decent stuff, though not quite the scale of the Rockies). =D
